Get a tennis ball and roll it out or put a plastic bottle of water in the freezer and roll it on that if you feel it also needs icing. Also roll your calves with the ball!
Run through it, pains just a mental weakness ;)

It might be linked to the fact you have rolled your ankle a lot recently... just make sure you're stretching, rolling... and not doing anything too stupid
