Sorry to hear you are ill.
Feel free to take the term .... your return to full gym exploits will most probably be faster than mine.

It's taking a long time to restore even a glimmer of my past state and it's getting harder now I am attempting an entirely new job in a new city with absolutely no stable foundation of a place to call home having to spend time lots of time searching for a place to live and another car.

I wish I could reshape my thought patterns and mood as easily as I can reshape muscle. One week of weight training and effects already visible.

And running has almost stopped again but using bike and elliptical as an alternative.

Taking on a lot at one time - but will be worth it.Hope Sydney goes well in all directions - sooo much to see and do.
