Clark, just to be clear, I thought your recommendations to Rachael were just fine, and it was not you who hijacked the thread.
Hope you feel better and can get back to good shape in a few months. I have a colonoscopy scheduled, and the prep is what I dread. Not into my 70's yet, but so far my yearly check-ups have not found anything of concern to my doc.

Clark, I also thought you recommendations were fine, and I was saddened by some of the vitriolic and parochial remarks I saw from some others. Glad to see you are taking a steady but measured approach to a return to full health and physical condition.
