I didn't think so.
Contributing factors probably include almost no speed work for 3 years, age, extremely unhealthy diet and sleep pattern in the week proceeding, poor pacing, and slight breeze on way back.
Certainly was hoping for sub 16, but it's a starting point regardless.
In absolute terms its not quick
but in relation to a spell of training that could easily be described as "doing some running" its not atall bad
