Hope your summer has been going well, looks like you've been getting some good running training in, I'm guessing for XC? My goals for orienteering this year are to get out on maps consistently once or twice a week in the spring and do better in the JWOC sprint. What about yours?
My goals for the year are to make the JWOC team, and to improve on all of my JWOC results from this year.
