Such a shame Nic. It's a bit hippy-ish but I can recommend getting one of those saline nasal irrigators from the chemist, getting onto the Kombucha to boost your gut health, and getting into yoga regularly to help your breathing....and reduce the stress from not being able to run. :(
swear by those saline nose sprays! and yoga!!! wish i could swear by kombucha too but i find it too strong haha!
Ginger and Green Mint are my favourite. :)
