Hey, Hallamshire sessions will be starting up from next Tuesday.
September is always grass sessions at Endy P, just getting back into it after a bit of a summer break. Starting with 23mins effort and working up over the 4 weeks (sessions normally along lines of 2,3,4,5,4,3,2 or 2.5,5,2.5,5,2.5,5,2.5 min, all recoveries 75s) before hitting the track for more structured sessions in October. 6 at the monument, there should be a fair group.
Don't know what ShUOC are planning or when they're starting.
Thanks Nic, I saw that they were going to Endy P on their website but wasn't sure who would be there / what the session would be like. Might give it a go next week.
Normally a fairly decent group but can be a bit hit and miss. I won't be in Sheffield so will be doing the sessions on my own darn sarth
