how's the shoulder healing?

matzah ball:
its moved from the soft cartilage bridge to hard cartilage and probably into some bone replacement. so its healing well, more range of motion becoming available. Muscles still adjusting to modified and tenuous attachments, and jarring would be a big mistake. Last time I started running too soon, so trying to be disciplined about sticking w low impact. And that's more detail than I hope you will ever need!

I was orienteering 6 weeks after my shoulder surgery and I was dead scared of falling. I fell in a superman type position. I got up wondering if I killed my self. I was ok and continued on.,., whew
Sounds like the same

I remember when that happened. scary.

i do think i set it back a little, but sometimes a bump is stimulus to more healing.
