So nice to have trails right out the door!

I love bikexploring, especially right out the door!

Pretty cool. There's 10 km of trails (Bike/ski) within the our development. They're nice 'woodsy' double track and good for any level of rider. So Suzi will likely get into biking and can gradually venture out into the more technical stuff.... I foresee a growth in number of bikes! N+2!!

You're going to be close to Bass Lake? The Bass Lake just SW of Orillia?

If I climb the highest point of the hills just south east of my (almost) house (about 1 km) I can look out over Bass Lake. We'll be between 8th and 9th south of Horseshoe Valley Road.

I checked out the link and the map. It looks like a reeeeeally nice location!

In theory it should be an awesome place/community to live in.... we'll see what kind of people it attracts and if they have too much time on their hands that they need to spend making everyone else's world 'awesome' ;-)
