I have some disagreements and some names you left out but I'm gonna save them for now.

I think you are missing too many of the USA women... I suspect they'll place higher. Pink Socks and I were discussing earlier.

You should know that Graeme had some inside knowledge William! Although I'm normally a similar pace to Tori B, I'm skipping the first few rounds this year so won't place highly.

Yeah I had Big Ben in the top 10 for sure till he sabotaged himself haha.

And yes, I don't know the USA women or men well enough. After Tori I had to look at some results for 9/10.

Why isn't Tyra going?

Looks like you didn't look at the separate registration list for the juniors.

Here's the list of guys who are faster than Bruce and Ott.

Ian Collings
Adam Woods
William Enger
Graeme Rennie
Eric Bone
Peteris Ledins
Eric Jones
David Bakker
Thomas Laraia
Kai Mihata

On the ladies side, these three are significantly above the rest, I think.

Tori Borish
Siri Christopherson
Julia Doubson

On the ladies side, their final position is impacted more by bracketing. They are being compared to each other, but also competing in the bracket with the faster men, so if one of them happens to be a in a much stronger heat in, say, Round 3 than the other two, she won't advance.

It'll be interesting to see how the Night-O shakes things up. That race cuts the Top 20 down to 10, and there are more than 10 people in the above lists.

How competitive will you be on your ankle Graeme?

Ahhh I was not aware of this mysterious second list of entrants! I can't seem to find it either, no problem though. On a related note Jonah Halliburton is on the adult list and is definitely a junior.

Yes had I known David Bakker was coming he would have been on there. I don't know Thomas or Kai at all but neither beat Bruce at SART last year (though Kai was close) or on Weds at your local event (if they were there). Siri and Julia would definitely make my lady's list but I was just looking at top 10 overall (also didn't see there juniors of course)

I'm not honestly sure how I'll be. I think I'll hold up. Doctor thinks it was possibly fractured before but its okay to run now as long as it doesn't start hurting a bunch more... Either way I'm not in great shape.

Revised:
1. Ian Collings
2. Adam Woods
3. William Enger
4. Graeme Rennie
5. David Bakker

6. Eric Bone
7. Peteris Ledins
8. Eric Jones
9. Tori Borsch
10. Kai Mihata

Also my first time ever on the noisy log list :)

There are a few juniors on the adult list because we sold out of of junior discounts (capped at 20). So really the two lists aren't adult vs. junior, but regular vs. junior discount.

I guess Bruce and Kai are more even than I thought.
