Ben Blankenship, the Olympian, won. Another 3:52 guy was fourth in 4:07, so a slow course. Probably in sub-6:20 shape. Not sure what BB MM means.
sorry for the shortcuts, agreeing with you. BB Ben Blankenship PR on previous flat and fast Minnesota Mile course was 14 seconds faster than his time on this course.
BB's 3:52 was not only on a flat course, but slightly downhill and wind-aided. I did not run that year, ran the next into a slight headwind!
