I noticed you feather your paddle. My feathered paddle story:
I don't feather. When out with a friend, me in my slow plastic sea kayak and him in his increasingly racy kevlar boats, he traded me his Onno wing so I could try it. Naturally I took the feather out and paddled a bit. We swapped back, he didn't notice the lack feather, promptly gave a good paddle but the wing angle was wrong and he yanked himself over and tipped, good for a little swimming.
Lol. Thats the last time he handed off his paddle.
You cant tell from that pic but I'm a high angle paddler. I prefer about 60 deg feather. Ive based that offset off of this guys tutorial and found i can paddle longer with less fatigue.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1p7EW04RKAk
