Discussion: Start to 1

I don't usually like route choices from a spectated start, but it's fun to do once per SART (see Round 4 in 2015, Round 3 in 2016), so this is when you guys got it.

If you read my log regularly, you may have picked up on "that one control at Lynndale" that I didn't have finalized until last Wednesday. It was #1. I wanted something that wasn't too far east, to make the road obvious. I also wanted something that wasn't too far up or down the hill to make the #1-2 leg obvious. Anyway, it was something fun to watch every. single. heat. bear left from the start!
