Sorry, can't help you for a while there!
I know - but tbh I think you'll be faster than my current pace anyway! but I would be advocating you taking it easier to get a better recovery in - that said - go crush that beep test!
Faster, hmm maybe until my knee self destructed midway through the run! At least it's come good on the bike. I can worry about running later (hopefully before I'm due to head off to training in Nov).
Finally did West Perth today but not at speed, sorry.
Just glad someone’s using it - the amount of spam I’m getting I’m going to close it down soon I think
Yeah sorry it's been a while. Work and injury's been getting in the way.
All good - i haven’t used it in ages life gets in way sometimes :) def not a criticism- that said when you move over east you’ll have a fresh set of courses for you.
I'll also have heaps more time.
Well actually as I just realised today after moving to Vic, within the first two months we have trips planned to Tas, WA (potentially), NSW and then either SA or NZ (pending border closures). It's almost like we can't wait to get out of the place!
Any courses in Rockhampton?
How far do you want a course to be?
Not very far at the moment! My longest run since September is 8km (and September was a one-off).
Don’t bother if it takes much effort (I don’t really know how your end of this works). If you do look at it and want to make sure I use it, I live on the south (more west really, but everyone here calls it south) side of the river.
Doesn’t take me long around 20mins depending on how much effort I put in. Perhaps I’ll give you a big score course so it’s got some future legs on it for you too.
Not sure how long it is - hopefully, the location is good.

Thanks. I live halfway between 24 and 25 :)
