Time on feet and vert is good OMM training, bit of rest once home and you'll be moving well come FRAS!

I know, I feel a bit indestructible. Planned to go up Ben Nevis today but being sensible and having a day eating and drinking in Fort William. The Ben will have to wait for another year.

I've also been stuck in that boulder-field descent. Worth it though as the view of the triple buttress across the lochan is one of my favourite - even after 3 years it's still my phone screensaver.
