Turkey Trot this Sunday. I'm helping TOC/UKR out.

No problem Mike. I'll try to get them to leave ribbons if you or anyone else would like to get out there at some point.

I set the Dryden Tract courses. Both the short and long advanced will have 'no trails' maps. Happy how they turned out.

Would be an awesome training session. Hilly/physical. Open woods will only get better as the seasons change.

Bummed I won't be able to be there; I have a retreat for my program Sun-Tues. Any chance I can buy a map to run some other time? We should sync up for weekly runs again!

Re: Map: I'll just send you a map. You'll enjoy the terrain and course.

Re: Running: Yes we should man, I have a tonne of flexibility these days.

I'll see you next week at the HH! Signed up and booked flights. We're leaving the kids at home and staying at a friend's in East Williamsburg/Bushwick. Kind of a mini (5 year) anniversary weekend.

This calf injury has been a nuisance and super frustrating because I don't remember a specific trauma resulting in it. I hope it subsides because 26-30km of pounding the ground will be relentless on it. Haven't run in almost 2 weeks. Had a really motivating stretch before that!

You're driving and staying with your gf?

I'm flying down and staying in Manhattan, yeah. I haven't figured out details on how to get to Harriman, but I imagine I can bum a ride off some friendly person.
