I assume WA is not one of the three states in question.
Have now done more formal calculations after the rough ones yesterday. NZ and ACT 24, SA and Queensland 23. Victoria and WA off the back.
NZ should be nth and sth island.
By 'off the back' do you mean negative scores? Where is NSW and Tas? I always thought Tas was off the back (or the bottom).
Provisional scores after the sprint: NZ 55, ACT 47, Qld 45, SA 38, NSW 34, Tas 32, Vic 26, WA 11.
Speaking as a Victorian, I am very grateful for WA.
I was just discussing the school team compositions with Tash the other night.
Qld - 16 + 4 reserves
NSW - 16 + 4 reserves
ACT - 16 + 4 reserves
Vic - 14 + 3 reserves
Tas - 16 + 3 reserves
SA - 15 + 2 reserves
WA - 9
I don't remember the last time WA had more than two senior school members.
I think Vic are in a rebuilding phase. In 3 years time I think they will be very dominant
That's [insert AFL team here] you're thinking of.
Yes sometimes they struggle to find the goals.
