-up hammerfell, extend climb up (we would have to create this trail) on the other side of monarch trail to ground hog high trail at the bench (the bench at the start of the old stairs down to canterbury)
-down towards cantebury on trail along old stairs to bottom bridge
-back, overshooting burlington runners bridge and up the sulphur creek trail climb
For the vomit version, extend by adding climb up to the first three cabins in canterbury before turning around

Just walked the proposed RCR course. Totally workable. This route has legs.
