Ha ha! You were so 'over it' when you gave me your old Nordic Trak....you never thought you'd use it again. And I think Ms Soupbone didn't like it in the bedroom.
But the older I get, the more I like ten minutes or so every morning on that thing. Gentle workout for arms, legs, core... Gets everything warmed up for the day. And the older I get, the more I need that warm up to loosen up stiff joints and muscles and get the heart rate up. I set it for a small incline, with minimal resistance on pulls and sliders. But wow...30 minutes on the thing?
Well glad to see you back on the Nordic Trak. Hope you continue to log it. And please allow me to buy you a couple of beers or lunch the next time you're down here to offset the $20.
