Good to see a proper hardcore runner among the softies here! Well done Keelan, this is something you will build on in the future. Quick recovery mate. Take your time with it.

Side note, I remember it took me about 5km to smash myself on that course - slipped in the Grand Canyon and my leg got stuck between a rock and a fallen tree. Kind of a break-your-leg moment, ripped my calf tights and shin but not even close to your escapade haha.

If someone had entered me and I turned up by mistake and started - I would have pulled out too. I am so glad I don't do this sort of stuff, I get injured enough doing short distance.
