what's your anti-cramping strategy for longer runs like this one?
I can't say that I really have one. This is unusual for a training run and I am not sure what caused it other than generally poor hydration. During rogaines or marathons I can and do drink. I have started making sure that some of the drink is gatorade because I am becoming more sensitive to mini-walls and poor hydration. I have stopped to stretch on occasion and I think this has been a way to breathe some new life into beat legs (including tightness that often precedes cramping).
