But what were you doing in the other 40 mins is this cheap logging I see
15 mins WU, 20 mins interval running, 15 mins between intervals, 10 mins WD. Total 1 hour. It's one training session, so I log it as such, not split into multiple sessions on AP. Keeps it simple.
Huh coz I tend to log WU/WD separately but it’s your log so meh
