I've definitely down more hiking than running, and more running than any weight work...we'll see how that works out. ;-) I'm going to be curious to see if all the marching up mountains with a pack is any good for orienteering in hilly places, though.
I'm not sure if rucking has improved hill speed in any way, but the hills here certainly seem a lot smaller after climbing up and down Pennsylvania mountains!
That in itself is impressive. Hudson highlands aren’t exactly small!
