I figured I was giving you at least thirty seconds per leg 1-2 and 2-3 and 3-4. Livelox should be interesting.
Long term goal is to get into 10k/half marathon type shape, so I don't crash after 20 minutes, that should make things more fun for the next time you catch me.
I'm curious how much faster you would have gone if you had a faster target after 11.
