game changing. I'd recommend charging the sweet spot base plan on trainerroad. 2 x 6 week blocks. low volume plan has 3x workouts a week.

let me know which one you like better, trainerroad or Zwift. I am probably going to get a Kickr at the end of the year.

Will do! At this point I am looking at TrainerRoad for programming. This is layering over winter ultra running training however...

art... they both have their benefit. zwift is great if you just want to ride and you can choose hilly or flat routes. they even have races. it's a great way to simulate climbing and makes the time fly by indoors.

trainerroad can't be beat for their training plans. no matter what you want to do there's a plan built around it.... or if you want to pick and choose workouts there is an endless library.

you can do workouts on zwift too but they don't have an extensive workout riding.

either way... riding with the trainer in erg mode will pay off.... no cheating.
