Discussion: Registration cutoff moved to late October 29

To accommodate those of you still needing the weekend to decide, registration has been extended to midnight October 29, with some cushion for time zone and late night zombies - so something like 7am Virginia time on Monday morning.

Since this event is on a military installation, per-registration is required, along with a second step of providing your social security number or passport number on a separate site. You must complete this second step by 7 am Virginia time on Monday, October 30, or your registration will be cancelled.

Thanks for mentioning the second form. That had not existed when we registered, and I was not aware that it needed to be done.

To clarify, if you provided SSN when you registered, you do not need to do step 2. Just those people registering now, or after the first deadline.
