Haha thanks. The first aid people didn’t really know what to do with me. I did my last 4km with faster splits than my park run yesterday. Turns out trail runners aren’t the best at running downhill and I can let go. I’m paying for it now.

Because I waited for you at the top of Black Hill and am not that fearless downhill (wouldn't have kept up anyway) I missed the exciting finish. And I thought that at least 2 were ahead at the top.
