You have a pretty low bar for what counts as "training" these days.
I suppose so. But I am logging it as level 1. And it may be enough to keep ahead of you. :-)
I've had some level 1 lately too. If its exercise and its intentional, I count it. May not break a sweat doing it, but I'll take it when I can get it..
I considered going out for a run this evening, but its currently pretty dark and very wet outside. And not likely to improve for quite some time..
