what do you weigh?
290 =striking distance of 5w/kg = foating uphill
right at 145lbs so 65ish kilos. exactly 4w/kg.
I want to be at 300 ftp and 140 lbs. not a far stretch. that would get me close to 4.8 w/kg. I don't think i could get to 5w/kg without getting down into the 130s... and that's not going to happen.
