When I saw the couple of core workouts and then the whole week appeared to be the same colour, I thought you had been doing core workouts every day for a week!
I was starting to wonder if you had a speedo-clad beach vacation coming up.
Still, I see three consistent days of core in a row. That's either a sign of someone wanting to flaunt their stuff on the beach, or.... at our age.... someone needs to deal with lower back issues... ?
Needs to do this to stave off unreal feelings of stiffness, soreness, and general old man feeling. I really haven't been able to run properly for about a year now so I've got to change things up!
Let me know what works. Not that I feel like an old man.
