...is a really good indicator of a growth spurt. When she starts getting teeth (or more teeth, depending) she'll be irritable too.

Hope you get the digestive situation figured out. My first had several months of irritability in the late afternoon (when it was time to get dinner ready) around age 3-4 months.... Then it went away. Are you eating much cabbage/broccoli/cauliflower? (Often there are foods you can eliminate from your own diet to avoid passing them through your milk.)

I had to cut out all those veggies, milk, and most legumes until Inara was 3 months. She was super uncomfortable when I ate them and significantly better when I didn't.

Interesting! I can’t decide if the science behind that is valid, but hearing that it worked for you makes me believe it. I haven’t noticed a correlation yet, though maybe I should keep better track. I don’t feel like I eat them much anyway, and I only have one coffee a day. As for dairy, I do eat cheese and yogurt, but not much actual milk. Hm.

Ali had bad indigestion for the first 12 weeks or so. Infacol was a lifesaver!
