your weight plummeted in the last year so this could verge on being a healthy weight - you "might" like to reposition some of it but the number I'm guessing might be OK.

Mess Engineer:
Over the last 4 years the lightest I got to was 78 kg which was ‘5 holes’ on my jeans belt.

At my fittest and healthiest I was 84 kg carrying a lot of muscle and was ‘4 holes’ on belt.

My heaviest prior to Orienteering in my mid 30’s was 97 kg. I am not as bad as that but am back to ‘3 holes, on belt so it’s time to intervene to get my abs back.

97 - that is way tooooo much for you. But belts can stretch too - even between holes :-))))
