I hope with an excellent base map and trusty gps to lead you on. Otherwise, how frustrating/depressing can it be :-). Six hours is a long breath of fresh air which has to be good for the soul.
A bunch of us can send you tracks if you need. A lot of people go there if it is dry.
There LIDAR in that county isn't great, so he has a ton of work to do.
The old map is serving as a pretty good base map. The challenge is that the mountain bikers are constantly making new trails or abandoning old trails. Plus rootstocks seem to be constantly appearing or disappearing.
