It all used to be so easy
now its resting up for a training weekend....
Too right - its 7 sessions in 4 days... I need to be able to walk by the end of it ;-) And be able to talk sense to the juniors (as much as I ever can).
Never mind the fact that we can't keep up with them at the best of times. Just as well we've been perfecting the art of "guiding from behind" for those long runs :-)
A looooong way, but it means I can cut all the corners to catch up :-)

I was thinking more of long runs - send the youngsters to a hill top and slide round to the next col.
