What has the physio got you doing? He's given me some that are absolutely pounding my glutes and hamstrings - might be useful for you to try?

Am stretching and massaging glutes, back and hamstrings; and have started strengthening my back. Let me know what exercises you’re doing next time we meet.

Will do. Good to do the strengthening exercises, too, to prevent the injuries from recurring
