Did the same thing except realized I was on the lower trail and needed to get up, maybe about here where the chute streamers started. Climbed the steep bank right at it. Nice finish to a very questionable day.
I turned early so that I was on the trail above the finish chute. Don't know if I would have saved time by pushing down through the green, although it really didn't matter, of course. And I lost more on the 180 at the beginning.
