It's a fine balance, one which you didn't get quite right this season. Accept that heavy volume will break you, slower build up and/or shorter intensive bursts is better, don't do everything at training camps, be special, protect that amazing speed you have, make sure you are properly recovered/tapered for the key races. Have faith.
if there's a pattern to the breakages then make sure you set limitations next season get support designing any specific (preventative/strengthening) sessions that will help.
