Looks like a cool race. Sorry you weren't feeling great - you and Rory are a fast combination. Everyone at Otter was fascinated by those shoes - what's the story?

Yeah, its a really cool vibe!! Not the most amazing trails (lots of road runners there, so they seem to want to cater for them as well- so lots of jeep track), but overall its really fun.
Cant really complain too much, I haven't had a bad race in a while.. Yeah, Could've been pretty interesting to be racing properly- the top team have 63 and 65min half marathon pb's and the 2nd team both around 68, so probably still wouldve been smashed, but might have had a bit of a chance.
Haha, Robbie just likes being different. They are actually running shoes (onitsuka tigers). They were one of the original running shoes back in the day. Theyre just not very breathable, so once water is in they weigh a ton..
