Isn't there some sort of PT that you're supposed to do to get your muscles back into normal-person mode instead of carrying-a-small-child-inside-you-and-then-expelling-it mode?

Yeah, these videos are designed to work the transverse abs, which I think is the right name for the deep ab muscles that you need to strengthen. I do just mostly believe the videos when they say postnatal, and I’ll admit to not doing much more research myself. But the pelvic tilt is one that I know is important, and then Kegel, which I do but aren’t a part of this video.
