How do you manage to do 1h+ strength / elliptical / running on most weekday lunchtimes? Gym near work? Work from home?

I am trying to manage once a week at lunch but more is difficult with travelling and all.

My office building has a small gym and a shower in the basement. If I didn't have that I would probably try to find a gym nearby...mid-day is definitely my peak in terms of energy/motivation.

Hi Arnold!

Mid-day has also worked quite well for me in recent months. We have a gym at work, and I eat lunch at my desk afterwards.

This is my favorite too (though initially I hated it). Works well to fit it into the day, rather than at the end when I may be more tired & less motivated.
Helped in my case quite a bit by getting 3 paid hours a week to exercise. :-)
