Actually, your HR looks about right, if you are anywhere near normal for your age. Pace looks a bit slow, but probably due to being inefficient.
My pace had slowed since I really have not attempted any speed work in a couple of years it seems. I didn’t even do any on my bike this summer either.
Good for you. After a certain age, as I've found out, you're risking real problems by pushing it. Your heart and mine are already sending out warnings.
Enjoy the burn. Enjoy that you're in better shape than 99% of your contemporaries. Speed is for kids. Instead, look for some age-group records that you can knock off! Badminton anyone? Backgammon? Maybe even.....indoor rowing?
