Well at least I'm remaining consistent. And doing something every day. You too! Your dedication is motivating me.

But I don't see any workouts on your new Nordic Trak machine. Isn't that a better workout than the motorized elliptical?

Thanks! Are you sure you are looking in the right place? I have had 3 NT workouts in the last week. The NT is starting to grow on me. I can get on there and before i know it 25 minutes are up. A good leg stretcher. I like to mix up activities to keep all the muscle groups strong and balanced. If they are not there, they wont fire when you put them in play.

thinking about going on my first post-collarbone break bike ride today - just have to be sure to leave my reckless tendencies at home! Looks like another record high today. Hoping you can enjoy as well.

Oh heck yes! You used such a dark purple for those workouts, I completely missed them. Nice going; glad you're liking the machine. Mine has been going strong for 12-14 years, ever since Soupbone brought it down from Wisconsin, and hasn't needed a lick of maintenance.
