I've been going to a place called Depth training that I had a few friends recommend. For awhile I've been looking for some strength training that was better than Body Pump at Good Life (where I have a membership but the principles of which I disagree with) but did not involve the dumb things I hated about CrossFit which kept hurting me. The classes at this place are either HIIT or more weightlifting based, so I've been doing a variety of both. There's tons of classes to choose from and the coaches are really good. While I am patiently waiting for my achilles to come around a bit more, it's been a fun way to get stronger in the off-season! :-)
