Made me google it.. still confused - found two very different exercises??
Laying on your front, hold your feet and knees off the ground, plus your chest and arms. The arms go through 4 different positions, 15 secs per positions, doing a total of 5 minutes.
Ouch! That is not quite the exercise I found so I’m glad FB asked.
That's one of the ones I found. Also saw those arm positions demo'd in a stand-up with pulley's version.
... It's a very complex bird!!
