Nuts are high in fats so if your body prefers to burn carbs not fats then you’re gonna have a bad time !!
Is your preference for carbs/fats developed over time or is it more genetic? Nice fact though gets a big fat thumbs up from me
It can develop as you grow (when you start to gain more muscle mass and stuff) but men/women always differ.
