Am not convinced ... my first few forays into “ordinary” yoga have produced tweaks in previously “good” areas as a result of over enthusiastic stretching.
I suppose that the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mantra is right, after all!
hot yoga is good though, because you warm up the body and muscles before stretching them - worth a try
