A new strategy for 2018? Cool!
Something I would have done a long time ago had the logistics been this easy! Gym (a small one, but it's something) and a personal trainer right in the building, 1 min away. Work is paying for gym membership for everyone. Amir gives us a discount on personal training so it's not quite as pricey as most places in Oslo.
We're going to work on two things: 1) strength for healthy/better running and 2) pull-ups. He says I'll be doing 5 pull-ups by the time he's done with me. Time will tell whether he's overselling himself. :-)
Sounds great - easy to fit into your life, which is the most important thing.
