shows you are in great shape. Take it easy after the race period - too easy to keep pushing and get ill/injured.

Thanks Jon. Being doing a lot of hard races recently so will have an easier couple of weeks then start building up towards the rest of the cross country season which will then lead in to the main orienteering season.
