If it becomes a prolonged thing, get it assessed, then go to physio to get some preventative maintenance exercises to manage the pain/injury.

Nip it in the butt man!

The exercises will become part of your routine.

Thanks, it seems to be partially due to the cold. Until then I’ll keep doing my previous knee exercises
