But I will assume it is on pavement. And so, be aware of injuries cause the hard surfaces are harder on the body. Plus, I'm guessing the shoes you are running with are minimal which can aggravate the situation. On the other hand, if you are off pavement, you'll likely hold up much better

Running off-pavement means a 30-minute drive, although I do try to run on the edges as often as possible. The snow also helps to cushion things, although most of it has melted once again.
